My mother, daughter and I had the pleasure of spending lovely 4-day stay at The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort in Dubail. The location was absolutely beautiful. The staff members from every department were not only professional, and friendly, but went out of their way to anticipate our needs. I felt like royalty. The room was spacious, the beds crispy white. The mattress and pillows so soft and cusheny gave the sense of what it would be to sleep on a cloud. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. Everything about the hotel was impeccable. It was clean, stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The choice to eat, Asian, Mexican, Italian was a delectable delight. The staff at each dining hall provided excellent attentive and efficient service. Our stay was unparalleled and pleasant. I plan to return for a visit in the future.

Wonderful hotel, even though it is children friendly it was peaceful, clean and just a beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. The beach was big and nice with some toys for the children and not crowded at all. Our 6- and 8-year old boys loved the water park and its slides. It was also very safe with life guards everywhere. The kids area with both outside and inside activities was absolutely amazing. Our kids loved it and it felt very safe to leave them in the caring and attentive hands of the very nice staff there. Everything was just perfect. Thank you!

we had a pretty wild weekend for a friend's birthday but the staff were great and took care of us really well. the food and the brunch was amazing

This is for sure 5 stars hotel! I just spend 4 days with my daughter at Westin and we had an amazing time! From checking to check out everything went great. Staff is incredible, food was very good, room is beautiful, nice and clean; pool and water park is cherry on top. High recommended specially if you are looking for kid friendly hotel. Highlight: room service! We order daily and it was always very quickly and food is very good quality! Highlight 2: friendly staff! From breakfast, to water park, room service… not sure how you guys trained all your employees but you did an amazing job… they are the best! I’m already looking forward to come back and stay at Westin again!

We love the swimming pool areas and the integrated waterpark. The executive floor offers amazing services and great views. The variety of restaurants on premise is great.

First of all I would like to thank the resort’s staff, they been amazing & professional starting from reception team Nashika , Sergio, Safa & others . Concierge well trained , the staff at the beach and pools including water park being amazingly supportive . Kitchens teams been wow and fast . Some suggestions, Food could be upgraded for better quality cuisine , beach need some cleaning maintenance. I do recommend this wonderful place to everyone and I’m planing already my next stay at the resort. Lovely team thanks

This is a lovely hotel and although we weren't here for long it was great for the three night stay, we wanted somewhere with access to a beach and within walking distance of other eateries apart from the hotel which this hotel provides. The hotel is huge but the staff are extremely welcoming, particularly in Mina's kitchen the staff are really helpful, the food choice is extensive. The beach for the adult area isn't huge so fills up quick but good to have the option of adult only areas, as this hotel is located right next to a waterpark so a lot of families do stay here and it's a perfect for a vacation. The pools are clean and spacious as are the rooms. Its an easy stay for a couple of nights and would highly recommend for families as the facilities for kids are great!

Fantastic room with wonderful view. Extremely comfortable. One small comment was all the piped music which was quite intrusive. Also, I have in previous years really enjoyed the Tapas restaurant. However, on the evening we went to eat the music was so loud we couldn't even hear the person who greeted us at the door so we left and had a nice meal in the lobby bar.
